Price list & conditions

1. PRICES AND DISCOUNTS
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per day and apartment for 2 persons. For each additional person we charge 20,00 € – 30,00 €. For children up to 8 years of age we charge 10,00 -15,00 €/day. For stays shorter than 4 days, we charge a surcharge of 60 €.

2. LOCAL TAX
The indicated prices are from 01.01.2014 plus € 2,50 Tourist Tax* per person (from 14 years) and day, which will be paid on site. Statutory tourism tax (“Gemeindeaufenthaltsabgabe”, LG Nr. 9 vom 16.05.2012)

3. PETS
Pets are allowed exclusively upon request! For your four-legged family members we charge 18 € per day (food is not included). Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

4. INCLUSIVE SERVICES
THE PRICES INCLUDE:

• Bed linen, hand and bath towels, electricity and heating, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and radio, internet and final cleaning.
• Weekly laundry change
• Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

5. HOLIDAY PASS
This pass allows free use of public Transport in South Tyrol, and also includes various additional local offers and discounts.

6. SHUTTLE SERVICE
If you are coming by train, we will be pleased to collect you from the station in Brunico

7. BREAD SERVICE
Fresh bread and sweets from the local bakery (Sundays and other public holidays excepted)- payment in relation to your order.

9. ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 250,00€ per week has been paid and we send you the booking confirmation. Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.

PAYMENT: You can pay cash on site, with Visa, MasterCard, cash card or premature bank transfer according to the current legislation.

Since January 2016, it is no longer permitted in Italy to pay amounts in excess of 2,999.99 euros with cash.

10. GENERAL INFORMATION
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14.30 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14.30 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you. An eventual arrival on Sunday is only possible from 16.00 clock. Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10.00 clock.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We are looking forward to your visit!  Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 2 months until 3 weeks before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 3 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.
